Operating a Motorcycle in North Dakota
In order to operate a motorcycle in the state of North Dakota you must:
- Meet the state’s minimum age requirement
- Obtain an North Dakota motorcycle license (you may also need to obtain a motorcycle permit)
- Register your motorcycle with the state of North Dakota
- Obtain insurance coverage that meets North Dakota state requirements
